Update on Nicola

Dear all,
After days of waiting we heard this morning that Nicola can have surgery for an ileostomy, so she is on the list for this afternoon. It should not be too big a procedure, the doctor told her that if it goes well she should not be in theatre for too long. We are hoping and praying that this will mean that she can come home soon and be able to eat properly for the first time in months.

We are so grateful for you being in all this with us, what an amazing team we have on our side!

This is the verse that Nicola woke up with this morning: My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. 2 Corinthians 12:9
