Nicola's News
I am continuing to feel well and really enjoyed the sunny weather last week, I even ventured oudoors without my gloves on! Sadly it looks like winter has come back for a while so I might not have seen the end of the pins and needles in my fingers yet.The blood tests I had at the hospital yesterday showed that my white blood cell count is rather low. This lack of neutrophils means that I am more prone to infection and I was not able to have the chemotherapy. However I was able to have the antibody treatment and hopefully by next Monday my blood count will have improved enough for me to continue with chemo. It does seem odd that I felt disappointed NOT to have chemotherapy!
For your prayers:
- Philip's Mum is still very poorly, he is going over to Basingstoke to see her as often as possible.
- The children are all working hard, Rebekah has lots of assignments to complete before Easter, Abigail is coming to the end of a placement in a primary school, Hannah is getting to grips with her GCSE revision and Sam is enjoying school.
- Pray that I won't pick up any infections and that my blood cell count will soon improve.
With our love to you all,
Nicola

Nicola will pray specifically for the white blood count and that you will not pick up infection. Looking forward to seeing you all after Easter
