Update on Nicola

Dear all,
This afternoon Nicola was moved from intensive care to a very cosy room of her own on a surgical ward (7 North). She has views over the river Thames and even a tv in her room. She has not slept very well at all in IC as the lights are on all night and there is always noise and busy nurses doing what they need to do. I am hoping and praying that Nicola will have a good nights sleep tonight, at least she will be able to put the lights out. She is beginning to eat very small amounts and is sipping water, all good news!
