Nicola's News
This is a day for celebration!- Yesterday evening I finally extricated myself from the clutches of the hospital (7 weeks to the day since I first turned up at A&E). I'm feeling a bit wobbly and have lost quite a bit of weight but otherwise doing well and really enjoying being back at home again. I will have another CT scan in a couple of weeks time and then have an appointment with the oncologist on 13th Sept to discuss the options for more chemotherapy.
- Abigail is 21 today, can it really be that long since she was born?
- Hannah got her GCSE results: RE A*, DT A, French B, German B, English Lang B, English Lit B, Maths B, History B, Science CC, Latin D. She is happy as she can go on to study the A levels she has chosen and we are very pleased with how well she has done.
Thank you so much for all your prayers over the last couple of months, it has certainly been a different way to spend the summer. We don't know where we would have been without the grace of God and the love and encouragement of all our family and friends.
With much love from
Nicola
