Update on Nicola
We have now been told that Nicola has an obstruction in her small bowel. They woke her at 2.30am this morning to say that they would operate today, but when the surgeon came to see her at 8.45am he changed his mind and said he would wait a bit to see if the obstruction clears itself. They still do not know what is causing the problem. It is either scar tissue from her previous op or a new growth( less likely they say). So we would be grateful if you would pray for Nicola's small bowel to be opened up and the obstruction clear, without surgery if possible!Nicola has not eaten for a week and so is very weak but amazingly cheerful and positive ( I think it may be that being married to me for so long has taught her endurance).
We are so grateful for the prayers and love of our friends and family, thanks so much.
