a message from Philip
Nicola asked me to keep up to date with the blog because unfortunately she is in hospital. We were hoping for a couple of away days for our 30th wedding anniveresary in our lovely little camper van and set out last Wednesday. We found a great site in the New Forest, but at about 10pm on the first night Nicola got sudden and severe abdominal pains, I took her to Charing Cross (the hospital where she gets her chemo) A&E where the doctor did not seem too worried and sent us home with some pain killers. The severe pain went but she has not been right since. She has been sick constantly even on sips of water. I took her back to A & E on Saturday morning and this time they kept her in. We were hoping that by today we might know what is causing the problem but the doctor has just been to see her and they have got to do further tests. This means at least a few more days in hospital, not eating and not able to have her chemo, so we would be very grateful for your prayers!!Love,
Phil

I'm praying for you all. And late congrats on your anniversary.
sorry to hear about Nicola's latest problems. Would have loved to have shared with you for your wedding anniversary but it was a bit far to come from Scotland! Please pass on our best wishes to her and assure her (and yourself) of our continued prayer support.

Hi Phil, Nicola and family
We're sorry to hear Nicola is in hospital. We hope they can soon find the problem and sort it out. We continue to pray for you all. It was good to see you at Roots.
The BBQ looks great fun. Sorry we live so far away!
Much love

Hi Guys,
Keep spying on you via this blog but never quite get around to leaving a message! However, you are always in our prayers.
Sorry we hadn't spotted the BBQ invite before - would love to have come and caught up with everyone, rain or shine.
Jean
