Update 17th November
Having been doing really well recently I suddenly developed a high temperature and vomiting whicn made me feel very groggy for a while. The Doctor concluded that I had picked up a bug so nothing serious but uncomfortable just the same! I was worried that I might not be able to go for my CT scan on Thursday which would have meant delaying the start of chemotherapy. However I managed to drink cupful after cupful of the delicious(!) drink that is supplied on these occasions and what is more keep it down. So the scan went ahead as planned and we are back on track. Thanks for your continuing prayers, love and support. Please pray:
- For Rebekah and Abigail who are staying at their respective universities this weekend in order to get on with some work.
- That I will be able to steer clear of any more bugs.
- That we will all continue to let God teach us more about what it means to totally rely on him.
Many blessings,
Nicki

Hello Garnhams, I read through Arturs summer assignment papers today (translation takes awhile) and was so blessed as he described you and your leadership of Raynes Park. I'll send you some of his work. But today I want to tell you as I was reading I prayed that the blessing you have been will be returned to you during these hard days. We are praying for you in Latvia.
